Shipping Policy

We are committed to bringing you the most innovative products of the highest quality. We know that what matters to you is great products combined with truly attentive service.

If you have any concerns about a Safety University product, a missing or damaged order, or your experience, we welcome you to contact us.

We’re available Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. You can send us an email any time or reach out through the “Contact Us" page. To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 2 business days!

When to expect your order

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. If your order is placed after 10 AM PST, it will be shipped to you the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order. Additionally, due to supply chain challenges, delays may be inevitable but we will strive to communicate with you about any delays. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at Safety-u.com  within 60 days of purchase.

If your product was customized we unable to accept a return.

​

If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.

​

If your Safety University product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment.

​

If your Safety University products were purchased from a third-party retailer, we respectfully request that they be returned to the point of sale.

​

Please note: Safety University offers standard shipping on all orders. Thus, we are unable to refund return shipping fees.

How to return an order

If you wish to return a Safety University product purchased from our web site at safety-u.com , please contact us at info@safety-u.com. We will process your request and provide you with a return form that we will ask you complete and include with your return.

​

Please use the original packaging, if possible.

​

Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

​

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records. You are fully responsible for all returns until we have confirmed receipt of the returned items. 

​

Please note: Safety University, is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

​

When can you expect to receive a refund

Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.

​

Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.

​

We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
